At this time, Rooted Potential is accepting private pay only and is considered an out-of-network provider with insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request. If a superbill is needed a pediatrician prescription for Occupational Therapy services is needed. It would then be the family’s responsibility to submit the superbill to insurance. Depending on your insurance coverage the session may be covered fully, partially, or not at all. We recommend you call your insurance company to determine what percentage is covered for both in and out-of-network feeding therapies. Please see pricing details below. Forms of payment accepted at time of service include cash, credit card, and health savings account.
